A room block has been reserved for registered attendees at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. $269/per night (plus tax). This is the same rate we offered during our 2024 conference. Room rate is honored (3) days pre-and-post conference based on availability

The hotel has a 72-hour cancellation policy should you need to cancel your room. The discounted room rate is valid until January 18, 2025.

You will be asked for a form of payment upon check in as the front desk will do a pending charge upon check and do a corrected amount upon check-out.
